Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Collector to recover late payments on our accounts. Top candidates will be articulate, and have strong critical-thinking and listening skills.

 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct collection calls

  • Negotiate payments

  • Achieve daily call quotas requirements

  • Achieve minimum collection goal requirements

  • Manage portfolio of accounts

  • Enter results into database

 

Requirements:


Education and experience required:

  • 3 years experience in collections, preferable in the health care, medical, workers comp or durable medical equipment fields

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Successfully work as part of a team and independently
