Description

The Entry-Level Administrative  Assistant provides basic administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable and interested in gaining experience in an office environment. Primary responsibilities include scanning documents, filing, and assisting with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, upload, and organize paper documents into electronic filing systems
  • File and maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner
  • Perform basic data entry with attention to accuracy
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Assist with mail distribution, copying, faxing, and printing
  • Maintain office supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Support staff with general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Follow office procedures and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

QualificationsEducation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
  • No prior office experience required (entry-level position)

  • Previous clerical or office experience a plus

Skills & Abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, scanning equipment)


  • Ability to organize documents and follow instructions
