We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and employer representatives, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive experience.

Requirements:
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient & Employer Interaction
- Greet and check in patients, employers, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer, screen, and route calls; respond to inquiries with clarity and service orientation
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, scheduling, and processes
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule patient appointments to optimize clinic flow and provider availability
- Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals, delays, or schedule adjustments
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support care delivery
Documentation & Records
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support care delivery
- Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and intake documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of medical records and employer information in compliance with HIPAA
- Manage electronic and paper files with accuracy and organization
Clinic Operations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception environment
- Monitor and restock front office supplies; assist with ordering and receipt
- Assist with administrative tasks to support overall clinic operations
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance
Preferred
1+ year experience as a medical receptionist or similar role
Occupational medicine, urgent care, or workers’ compensation experience
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
