Description
Proactive Work Health Services has excellent opportunities for full-time Client Services Associates. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, with a professional and respectful attitude, efficient and able to prioritize tasks.
This position is required to work in office.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities
Heavy customer interface by telephone,
electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information
to handle inquiries and complaints
Provide prompt, courteous service to all
external and internal customers
Manage customers' accounts in operating
systems
Assist with special projects as assigned
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the
designated resource
Keep records of customer inquiries, comments
and complaints and actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal
departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Requirements:
Job Requirements
The Client Services Associate will preferably possess a
general understanding of the distribution, transportation, manufacturing,
general industrial and construction industries and must be competent in general
office software, including Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Adobe Acrobat. Galen Practice Manager Software, AeliusMD EHR Experts Software.
The Client Service
Associate will be proficient with completing Contract Agreements, Request For
Proposal (RFP) writing, Purchase Orders creation, New Vendor Forms, ACH Forms
and ACH Portals.
The Client Service
Associate will also possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills,
technical knowledge or technical aptitude, strong listening and oral
communication skills as well as team orientation organizational skills.
