Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to
staff and management
- Manage correspondence daily and swiftly (emails, mail,
etc.)
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and
office records as necessary
- Support data entry and basic reporting tasks
- Scan and email documents
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by
supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree
or some college preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a
fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
and systems

Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in business, communications, or a
related field preferred (but not required)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of administrative, office, or customer
service experience (preferred)
Technical
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Comfortable with basic office equipment (printers,
scanners, copiers)
