Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records as necessary
  • Support data entry and basic reporting tasks
  • Scan and email documents
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail)

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred (but not required)

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of administrative, office, or customer service experience (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail)
